The PTP Resistance bar features a ball-bearing swivel that prevents the resistance tubes from tangling. Made from premium aluminum, it is lightweight yet durable. Cleverly designed diamond knurling mimics the grip of an Olympic bar which indicates a wide and standard grip position.
Detachable design makes it portable. It supports you by keeping the resistance evenly distributed for a more effective workout.
